● Preparing daily floor brokerage General Ledger report to confirm adjustment amount of previous business day tie out with P&L accounts by reconciling Brokerage Management System to Converge and discuss breaks with Finance team. ● Investigate, discuss, and suggest improvements for process breaks with Wells Fargo Security technology support from Converge down to BMS systems. ● Reconcile current and outstanding brokerage fee invoices for 20 brokers and manage communication between Middle office on discrepancies.

● Preparing daily position and trade reconciliations between hedge fund books/records and prime broker’s using legal documentations and confirmations. ● Processing Corporate Actions for securities held in client portfolio, including cash and stock dividends, stock splits, mergers and acquisitions. ● Supporting the conversion of new clients into CFS Middle Office, including training clients on Citco Technology and processes.
