Software Support Consultant
Current- Provide top-tier software support tasks with ticket creation, essential root cause identification, and issue resolution;- Assist the development team with debugging software issues in the Software Development Life Cycle- Work with multiple teams to find, analyze, and resolve issues;- Demonstrate service delivery best practices by consistently meeting service level agreements and performance goals;- Create Knowledge-Based Articles documentation;- Test new software releases and patches;- Help define ways to continually add value to the customer experience by advocating for them.
