I’m an enthusiastic and customer focused Engagement Manger, driven to deliver excellence for my customers. Achieving my Workday PM certification 2.5 years ago was a proud moment, but ensures I have a deeper understanding of the issues my customers experience, understand technical language used by consultants and working in collaborative way to drive results. Prior to joining Kainos my professional background was as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, with over 9 years' experience in the Utilities, Health, Private and Public sectors. I have significant experience in requirements engineering, process flow analysis and design, project management, project governance, user story creation, persona creation, managing project budgets, conducting functional and regression testing, coordinating distributed teams, developing and running remote workshops and leading QA.COVID meant we all had to find new ways of working, and I have developed various methodologies for creating and delivering virtual workshops, ensuring right the balance of efficiency with participants time and valuable information/requirements are extracted.
