During this time and many times since I have presented the process to all levels of management.Worked with buyers from across the business to enhance their understanding of the program. I create customer decision trees to assist structuring their range with customer choice foremost in mind. Success of this program has allowed the business to aim for a significant reduction of range and will enable a future roll out of easy ordering to stores.When the available ranging tool proved unreliable, I created reporting and range decision tools that are now used for all range reviews, enhancing some of the benefits of the original tool.
