I was a part of the affordability team for the F-35 program. I streamlined and integrated our cost modeling software with an initiative database. This integration allowed cost-benefit analyses to be generated quickly for proper evaluation. Furthermore, I developed a standardized quantification method to obtain reliable and comparable metrics among affordability ideas. I trained and coordinated IPTs to use this tool, quantifying leading initiatives to present to program staff.

I streamlined engineering processes through creation of standard documents released to production. This was facilitated by observation and interviews of engineering and production staff. Moreover I assembled parts of customized switchgear on the production floor. I created a catalog system to define major qualities of switchgear sections, allowing for quick turnaround in quoting prices of customized switchgear.
