• Client's Management: In charge of maintaining a healthy and profitable relationship with sellers, through constant communication. Oster, Grupo Éxito, Kanú, and Distrihogar are 4 out of the 11 Sellers under my management.
• eCommerce Marketplace Performance: Responsible for assuring the performance of our clients' Marketplace via Market Research, Seasonal Promotions and web functions, such as: drop box and UX.
• Portfolio management: Collaborate with clients managing their portfolios of up to two hundred thousand products to ensure all have the correct prices, SKU, shipment, images, compliance, description, etc.
