I served as a Quality Control (QC) Specialist being responsible for planning, establishing, and implementing a quality control program providing oversight of contractors performing modification, preventive maintenance, repair, maintenance up to field level, receiving, and storage operations of Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS) materials/equipment. I Inspect program requirements for contractors to perform maintenance operations, inventories, and logistics incorporating them into Standard operating procedures (SOP). I Exercised oversight of operations involved with supply, and other logistical operations performed on Army War Reserve equipment sets. I executed many operations Using AWRDS, Microsoft office, Adobe Pro, and Outlook. I planned, reviewed, organized, and performed as primary key custodian for APS-2/EAS site Motor pool 5.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, BII/ SKO Manager I planned the operations of the Warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency, organization, and accuracy were being met on the highest level. I am currently working in a position with Prepositioned Stocks materials/equipment (APS) as warehouse manager since March 15 2015. I have developed a quality program such as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Basic Issued Items (BII, SKO) Sets Kits and Outfits warehouse manager. Current duties include (PMCS, repairs, inventory, Updating system, Services, Ordering, Spread sheets, and briefings). I review, inspect, and inventory the BII assets for the authorized MTOE equipment requirements for performed maintenance operations and incorporates into regulations, statements of work, and surveillance plans; exercise oversight of operations involved in maintenance, supply, and other logistical operations performed on Army War Reserve equipment sets and other materiel stored. I am an expert with the logistics information system (e.g., Army War Reserve System (AWRDS) with full functionality of on hand and shortages BII items. I am familiar with the Logistics Modernization Program and the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) as a system to verify compliance of contractor quality control system through independent system audits. Previously, held jobs to enhance my current position as warehouse manager; as a carpenter and welder, I developed quality control measures for the companies I worked for by implementing new procedures to save company money as well as safety.

As a Noncommissioned officer (NCO) in the United states Army I Provided technical assistance and guidance to soldiers by implementing training on heavy Construction equipment. Some of my duties would be to develop techniques to evaluate a soldier’s strong suits and deficiencies to be able to execute an adequate plan of action to help him/her improve. I held a Identifier class as a master mobile Crane operator which I would be regularly be tasked with planning, organizing, and executing missions while in Iraq and Afghanistan. By my expertise this helped save the US Army on or about 100,000$ per mission. Based on my experience I learned in my School it helped me to be very organized and move timely so that the mission would almost always be completed ahead of schedule. Some of the equipment I would regularly use to complete the mission are D7 bulldozers, hydraulic excavator, backhoe loaders, 22 ton mobile Crane, 50 ton Mobile crane, bobcat, 10 ton telescoping all terrain forklift, grader, scraper, 5 yard bucket loader, 2 ½ yard bucket loader, and roller. I would regularly maintain and execute preventative maintenance with my skills I learned as a welder from 2005-2006. I used my knowledge to fix a multitude of things saving the US army about $40,000 yearly.
