CurrentMay 2024 - Present - Full time supervisory role with a District Policing Team in the Test Valley area managing day to day 999 demand and ongoing investigations.2023 - Supervisory roles covering multiple teams across Winchester, Basingstoke, Hart & Rushmoor and Test Valley.2020 - 6 month secondment onto the Major Crimes Team (MCT) on a high profile murder investigation.2015 - Response department providing initial response to 999 calls. In addition, taking on the additional role of tutoring and training new student officers in an operational environment.2013 - Priority Crime Unit (PCU) where core responsibilities involved dealing with serious & complex acquisitive crime and cross-border investigations. Further training and operational experience on PCU involved covert policing & surveillance and the management of police informants.2011 - CID responsibilities included managing a caseload of 10-20 investigations from inception until formal disposal. An additional role taken on was that of acting supervisor, managing a team of 15 for temporary periods when supervisors were absent or abstracted. Responsibilities included providing investigative guidance and authorisations as required and managing the welfare of staff.2010 - Joined Hampshire Constabulary and completed a policing diploma before moving onto the Criminal Investigation Department (CID)
