I have worked for 14 years in a high risk and high pressure Policing environment. During this time I have developed exceptional organisational, conflict and risk management skills resulting from working in a diverse range of roles including front line, investigation and covert policing. I have also served as an operational commander at multi-service major incidents.I have line managed teams across the organisation on temporary basis and I am very welfare and wellbeing driven in terms of my motivation. I always look to drive best practice and performance in those around me. I am always conscious of maintaining boundaries between my work and personal life to ensure a healthy balance of distractions and hobbies outside of work.
