Supervise activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment . Determine shipment priorities, and coordinate shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules. Maintain warehouse inventory by overseeing accuracy of physical counts, reconciling variances, and inputting data. Ensure 5S standards are being met and maintained. Implement policies and procedures to maintain ISO certificates. Member of safety committee. Conduct weekly Toolbox meetings with team. Cross-trained as QC Technician in which duties consisted of inspecting product and materials during and after manufacturing process to ensure finished products are in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards based on blueprints. Additional duties were maintaining record of inspections, providing tech support to manufacturing and warehouse personnel, and participating in interdepartmental cooperation to assure quality.

Helped develop newly created night shift into a growing/functioning team. Supervised a team of 35 but lead a team of 40+ at one time. Additional duties consist of opening and closing entire shop as well as ensuring security of all areas.
