I have a passion for rural healthcare and community service, which I cultivated through my MBA from the University of Arkansas Grantham and my BA in Sociology from Fort Hays State University. I have demonstrated my leadership and management skills by earning multiple Top 20 CAH awards, increasing revenue to over 6 million, recruiting new APRNs, and improving the long-term care unit from a 1-star to a 4-star facility.
