In December 2017, I joined MMA Offshore Limited as Chief Financial Officer, holding responsibility for Finance / Treasury / IT / Tax and Procurement.In conjunction with the CEO role, I also look after Investor relations. MMA Offshore Ltd has operations in Asia / Middle East and Australia.View is to transform the support functions into a business partnership role with a commercial lens to influence decisions that result in increased EBITDA while driving strategy. Corporate Restructuring manager at PwC which included four direct reports. During the time we successfully divested two major assets for a company in distress, closed a trucking company which failed due to poor administration and pricing (over 100 employees). Traded and sold a Queensland based resort at strong multiples. Also involved in detailed bank reviews for secured lenders to understand ongoing viability of distressed businesses.

Commercial manager in the property investment banking group. While in charge of the day to day financial governance of the construction projects, the role also required the raising of debt to secure funding for future developments. This involved numerous stakeholder management meetings, testing the market and securing a bank debt to allow the equity returns to exceed the required benchmarks.

Senior Analyst at Deloitte involved in the corporate restructuring of underperforming businesses. Amongst several smaller engagements I was part of a team that took over a $100m construction site in Melbourne CBD and finalized the project within nine months (on time and within budget). This role required strong interaction with unions, 31 suppliers and 10 major subcontractors. We successfully delivered the building and paid down all the senior debt on the project.
