Prior to joining Slayton, David was an Associate with Korn Ferry International, one of the world’s largest global retained executive search firms. As a member of the firm’s global industrial practice, David commanded search assignments across a wide array of sectors including Automotive, Heavy Equipment and Machinery, Chemical, and Building Products.David started his search career with Cook Associates, a Chicago-based, boutique retained search firm where he served clients in the Industrial, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors.
