With over 30 years of leadership expertise mostly in sales, marketing, business development and general management, I am passionate about changing the way people drink water sustainably in their private and business life. As the Managing Director D/A/CH for BRITA Group, I lead an exceptional team of some hundred marketing, sales, service, customer care, finance and operations professionals who deliver genuine hydration solutions to our B2C consumers, B2B customers and many partners.In my former roles I have been instrumental in fueling a double-digit growth path, both in top and bottom line. Achieving sales excellence, service efficiency and optimizing customer satisfaction and retention every day. I have also successfully managed large contract negotiations, complex international programs, public affairs and strategic partnerships, and leveraging my skills in P&L responsibility. My mission is to empower and enable my team and the organization to reach new heights of overall performance and innovation in all business areas, while advancing BRITA's vision of changing the way people drink waster sustainably and be committed to our industry, our employees and the environment.
