Working as part of the Digital & Channels Taskforce which has been established to develop and implement a Portfolio approach to digital service delivery. My role involves integrating the Portfolio strategy into the eGovernment model of digital service delivery.

Assisted with the formation of the new Research and Innovation Division, developed the Concept of Operations and assisted the First Assistant Secretary with staff movements and the research pipeline.
