My time with Carine as a Project Manager has allowed me to work on a wide variety of projects.The phases of Carine's projects that I have been involved in range from planning, programming, design, cost estimating, budget tracking, construction, commissioning, and turnover.Carine regularly takes on complex projects that are outside the mainstream. Our roles include Owner's agent, Contractor coordinator, Consultant, and/or Fire Protection Designer. Projects have included:• completion of the construction of a partially built hotel• upgrading aging medical facilities• fire protection of automated storage and retrieval systems that are outside of the prescriptive code• defense work that requires hazardous and/or flammable materials analysis and aircraft hanger fire protection.
