Nalco's Water Purity Solutions "WPS" division provides 7,000 customers with high purity water equipment, media, and services that meets their unique water quality and quantity. This position aligns operations and services to the sales strategy. The WPS business has four manufacturing facilities and twelve remote service centers employing 140 sales, field service, and operations personnel. Product lines include secondary water clarification, filtration, softening, dealkalizers, deionized resin exchange tanks, reverse osmosis systems, mobile trailers, and rental equipment. All products are installed, maintained and serviced by our expert team of field technicians. These high purity water solutions are used in the pharmaceutical, medical, metal plating, laboratory, transportation and power industries.

Over my 14-year career with Riverdale Chemical- Nufarm Americas I wore many hats often changing roles every one to two years as the business evolved. My roles and responsibilities included: Night-shift Foreman, Production Manager, Production Chemist, Regulatory Specialist, Purchasing buyer/Material Resource Planner, Salesperson and North American Supply Chain Manager. I was a member of the Merger and Acquisition team and played a significant role in integrating acquired businesses. I also lead a cross-functional team on continuous improvement projects working to reduce costs, improve production cycle time, drive operational efficiency, reduce waste and drive new product development.
