* Assistant HK product development and qualified supplier sourcing, purchasing/negotiation/coordinate factory inspection* On-site monitor bulk production of factory* Evaluate capacity of the factory and provide production line allocation/daily output per lines & styles, total output per month* Report production issues to buyer in time* Coordinate with QA team the quality issues, report the potential delivery problems to buyer that may rise risky during the bulk production.* To monitor and control the excution of the salesman sample and bulk order production are met the given approved estimate planning.* To identify and alter the potential problems in the fabric arrival schedule in the factory and production that can cause delay of shipment, such as low production efficiency and poor quality performance. communicate with necessaries parties to ensure a timely solution.* Familiar with global sourcing and vendor garment manufacturing, developing good coordination and cooperation skills in the whole process.
