As the President of Engaging Minds and The Unstoppable Zone, I have over 20 years of experience in providing leadership development, executive coaching, and meeting facilitation to leading organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. I am also a certified trainer and coach , using a variety of methods that enhance leadership skills and mindsets, such as Leading Yourself Unstoppably, Personify Leadership, In and Out of the Box, Leading with Stories, and The Organization Workshop, among others. After more than four decades in the Asia-Pacific region, I am on-track to relocate to Toronto in September 2023.EngagingMinds mission is to develop leadership mindsets that make people effective, creative, and Unstoppable. Through highly engaging and experiential facilitation, we aim to raise personal awareness to higher and higher levels. This enables them to see more than they could see before, allowing them to make new choices for a better future. Not only do participants learn to lead themselves, they also learn how to lead others.
