With over 11 years of work experience in the ICT field, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver innovative, efficient, and customer-focused IT services. I have a strong background in infrastructure, digital, and application development, and I have successfully managed a £1m ICT budget and a £5m contract for a demerger and implementation of ICT shared services to another housing association. As the Head of ICT at South Liverpool Homes, I lead a team of three managers and oversee the development of a digital strategy and a technology road map that aligns with the organisation's vision and values. I enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders, and I bring a diverse perspective and experience from my previous roles as a small business owner and an infrastructure manager.In my current role, I have been instrumental in delivering several ICT projects that have improved the performance, security, and user experience of the organisation's systems and services.
