With over 11 years of work experience in the ICT field, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver innovative, efficient, and customer-focused IT services. I have a strong background in infrastructure, digital, and application development, and I have successfully managed a £1m ICT budget and a £5m contract for a demerger and implementation of ICT shared services to another housing association. As the Head of ICT at South Liverpool Homes, I lead a team of three managers and oversee the development of a digital strategy and a technology road map that aligns with the organisation's vision and values. I enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders, and I bring a diverse perspective and experience from my previous roles as a small business owner and an infrastructure manager.In my current role, I have been instrumental in delivering several ICT projects that have improved the performance, security, and user experience of the organisation's systems and services. Some of these projects include adapting security policies, regular contract reviews and supplier tendering, implementation of Citrix Netscaler with MFA, migration to on-premise Office 365, streamlining the customer/tenant experience for rent payments and repairs, and design and build of Dell servers and storage. I have also leveraged my skills and knowledge in information technology infrastructure, IT services, and help desk support to provide guidance and support to the external housing association that contracted our ICT shared services.
