To start, nearly a decade of customer service experience leading to managerial success at the Kroger company. Nominated Safety Representative by upper management for my store location and sent regularly to assist in opening new store locations. Oversaw and managed over 100+ staff members for my department and assisting other departments simultaneously.I pivoted to the audio video industry installing and servicing smart home and media systems within residential homes and small businesses for a couple years before moving onto commercial audio video systems involving Crestron software and hardware with my current company. This includes schools, colleges and universities, hospitals and medical centers, government offices and sites, and many other facilities and institutions that require a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and consistency. Currently now a lead install technician for the same company after a year of experience with commercial av systems.
