Responsibilities for sales management and support of manufacturers’ reps, maintaining key contacts, arranging product demonstrations, training, providing forecasts, and writing reports of relevant issues within the territory.

Organize a strategic sales and support network within Latin America and the Caribbean. Promote Trilithic interests at the corporate level. Identify key decision-makers and oversee the approval of new products. And negotiate corporate contracts when appropriate.

Plan, develop, and write technical courses for field support personnel, engineering instructors and customers. Conduct research and analysis for: market studies, competitor activity, pricing, margins, sales and product development.

Provide sales and technical support in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi.

Sales and support for various manufacturers for Florida and the Caribbean.

Responsible for domestic and international sales, marketing, analysis and forecasting. Also provided sales training, technical and marketing support for factory and field sales personnel.
