DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES o Monitoring all distribution activities and provide accurate and timely reports on all performance related issueo Execute every day orders (order accuracy) at defined customers service levelso Manage operations in a high through put, high SKU environmento Comply with accepted occupational health and safety standard and reporting of incidents in a timely mannero Ensure that all Material Handling Equipment is maintained and used in a company accepted mannero Talent Developmento KPI performance management and issue resolution with customers, service providers and internal partieso To check daily the ‘Outstanding Invoices ‘report and take appropriate action as needed o Report any losses or damaged within the warehouse on products or assetso Develop and maintain relationship with key supplier, inclusive of costs and productivity reporting.o To take part in company stocks counts and cycle count process and also aid in the preparation of said activities.o Monitor invoices for immediate action when urgent and critical invoices are known.
