Make production schedule, make sure quality is up to standards, make sure that customer requirements are met, inventory control, make sure packaging requirements are met, dictate what materials are used to make products, work with maintenance department on getting parts for machinery and schedule the work to get done, work with human resources to get good employees, and all day to day operations

We were a recycling operation was responsible for buying and selling raw materials. We also had a full lab to be able to do melt test, izod test, ash test, moisture analyzer and other specialty tests we were doing for certain customers. Did all of the in and out freight and maintained daily operations, grinders, blenders.etc.
