Hi I am David.After a stellar 36 year career with Telstra, all of it in Operations I am known for my extensive experience and passion in relation to the management of customer impacting network and IT incidents, major incidents including natural disasters. More recently I turned my attention to leading Telstra's focus on ITIL Problem management and Change management. Telstra has a very large and geographically diverse network and IT footprint and I have led Telstra's focus from a Problem and Change Management perspective, ensuring problem investigations drove down incident volumes and good change management practices maximised the volume of change into the solutions whilst in parallel minimised unplanned impact arising from change.Please reach out to me if you would like to talk about ITIL, Incident, Problem, or Network / IT Change.
