Metro Infinity is a startup company fully owned by Metro News Group Hong Kong, which accepts both projects from the group or clients outside.As the only system analyst there, by working closely with the project manager, and meeting with different Business Units Users, we work out the requirements, objectives, risks and time needed for each projects. Once the requirement and objectives are set, pre-production process starts with me preparing discuss the project with design team and development team, to come up detail planning for the project, such as UML, system diagrams and structure diagram for the team of 4 developers and setting up development environment on AWS, so that the development can start smoothly.During development, apart from help out developers to solve different problems, I also prepare the documentation, test cases and both preview and production environment until the development finishes.After finish alpha testing and debugging with the development team, I will deploy beta version on preview environment and start the UAT, and fine-tune the product until UAT finishes.Here are some of the projects me and my colleges did in only 9 months:- Metro Daily Mobile Apps Revamp Project.
