- Assemble the global market data budget annually by working with the US market data team and regional counterparts to project all service/price increases and decreases- Provide standardized financial results at a regional Cost Center/user level for firm’s Market data expenses in effort to meet required targets - Collaborate with Project leaders and finance to submit monthly saves - Project lead in payables clean up of over $2.4M in outstanding payments- Provide and maintain monthly accruals for Market Data- Reconciled Bridge users in MDM by User ID & Entitlements to Reuters inventory database- Maintain market data inventory for all end users in the Market Data Manager system- Work closely with vendors and the vendor management group in establishing new services and accounts- Coordinate tracking schedule with accounts payable in effort to maintain a timely payment process for all incoming invoices- Responsible for enabling/disabling users in DACS

- Improve cost management process by analyzing market data invoices and implement cost avoidance strategies across US sites, resulting in savings of more than 2.5 million. - Managed invoice processing, reconciliation and order processing to assure billing accuracy.- Maintain FITS (Financial Information Tracking Systems) database to track all user market data products and services.- Prepare and present monthly IT Managed Cost Reports and Ad Hoc request for senior management on all Business Units in Wholesale Client Services. - Provide standardize monthly detail unit results to all first level managers for direct charges.- Coordinate monthly book-close process including monthly accruals, reclasses, and analysis - Invoice logging and reconciliation, payment authorization and vendor liaison.- Report usage to exchanges and vendors via honesty statements, Data Access Declarations (DADs) and TIBCO entitlements recording.- Provide 2nd Level trade floor support for Bloomberg installations.
