Created and implemented strategy in their fundraising division. My experience included estate planning and deferred giving (charitable gift annunities, gifts of real estate, non-cash gifts, tangible personal property, wills, trusts, etc), creating and implementing a mid donor relationship building strategy, as well as major donor strategy.As a part of my role I created and implemented new strategies, improved processes, created accountability processes and tools, and provided leadership to a team of 50 dedicated employees.

Creating strategy, implementation, process, procedures, technology and training for donor development.

I was responsible for all aspects of relational fundraising for the ministry of Life Action. This includes major donors, general constituents, foundations, and estate planning. My responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies, process, and training for the following aspects of relational fundraising: printed communication, expressing appreciation for all donations, how we fundraise both philosophically and tactically, events, computer systems and processes, and territory managment.

This was my first job out of college. The first two years I traveled on a road team ministering in churches throughout America. I was the team manager, sound technician and truck driver. After traveling two years I began working at their headquarters in Michigan where I provided administrative support to a director responsible for all the technical equipment and vehicles. Then they asked me to fill a vacancy in the accounting department where I worked with payroll, accounts payable, and was instrumental in a computer conversion to new software. Finally I joined the Information Technology department where I provided computer desktop support.
