Involved in many finish treatments such as painting, anodizing, ED coating, plating, laser etching, pad print, sand blasting and water decal, etc.3. Has 3 months practice experience in pad print and laser etching factory for SRAM products.4. Developed application of masking ink in anodizing, ED coating, and sandblasting processes.

1. Monitor the yield of production for Cut, Grinding, and Cleaning processes.2. Trouble shooting when yield goes down.3. Create and maintain PFMEA and Control plan for Cut, Grinding and Cleaner processes.4. New equipment evaluation 5. Maintain 5S of Lab and parts room.6. Maintain PM records.7. OP training.
