Employed as Commissioning Manager for the Cendor Phase 2 Project which involves the Commissioning of one FPSO, two Wellhead platforms and one Mobile Production Unit. In addition promoted to Petrofac Senior Commissioning Manager to oversee, monitor and ensure all project Commissioning Managers achieve their targets and conform to Petrofac’s project standards, policies and commission in a uniformed manner.Additional duties/responsibilities included:• Manage the Integrated Commissioning and Mechanical Completion Team.• As Company Site Representative am responsible to ensure all KPI targets are achieved and updated to site progress reports.• Initiated a number of safety schemes on site including ISSOW training and the Safety Audit program. Continue to promote and educate site personnel in developing a strong safety culture• Ensuring all work is completed to project specifications and conform with regulating authorities.• Develop project Integration Stategy and Execution Plan• Review and ensure compliance of all deliverables associated with the offshore hook-up preparation and execution scope including susea electrical and fluid umbilicals. • Review offshore resource plans to ensure the offshore bedding, temporary equipment and vendors are being fully utilised.• A key member of the SIMOPS development team• Monitor Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning to define mechanisms by which parties work together towards the common goal of maximizing Onshore Commissioning & thus minimizing the Offshore scope of work. To ensure the work can be completed in a timely, cost effective and safe manner in accordance with the commissioning plan.
