Responsibilities:• New project management, compilation and submission of AFE / CAPEX justifications for corporate approval.• Integrator and supplier selection and approval• Automation and robotics specialist• Optimise and problem solve processes and tooling associated with low, medium and high volume manufacturing.• All aspects of manual, semi automatic and CNC manufacturing including tooling optimisation and programming efficiency.• Design, develop and implement Lean manufacturing methods and processes across the Manufacturing Value Streams• Design tooling, jigs and fixturing for mechanical assembly.• 3D modelling with Autodesk Inventor 2020• 2D Dafting in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Mechanical 2020• Obtain quotes from outside contractors for project requirements.• Non-Inventory purchasing of tooling, jigs and fixtures.• Deployment and management of projects to outside contract fabricators and machine shops.• Application of lean principles to maximise manufacturing efficiencies• Write, modify and up-date standard work instructions and test procedures.• Design and manufacture test rigs for high and low pressure valve and manifold systems.• Manual machining for inhouse modification or manufacture.• Optimise cell layout to promote one touch single piece flow.• Six Sigma green belt
