As SIFF's Individual Giving Manager, I created and oversaw data-driven strategies for the organization's individual and major giving. I played a key role in processes of personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to SIFF's one-time and monthly donors, along with coordinating SIFF's fundraising initiatives. In addition to the primary responsibility of developing and leading annual strategic planning, I managed the organization's donor database, processing all gifts and donor acknowledgments, coordinating integrations, conducting regular data cleaning and reconciliation projects, and generating metrics, dashboards, and reports to help inform philanthropic progress.

As lead Development Coordinator at KUER, my daily duties included delivery of respectful and courteous customer service to donor and listener inquiries and request, and gift processing. I performed the department's monthly operations including renewal and gift acknowledgment mailings, thank you gift fulfillment, and the processing of all monthly sustaining gifts. Additionally, I was responsible for the execution of multiple mailing projects including acquisition/lapsed appeals, sustainer upgrade campaigns, and our annual tax receipt mailing to 12,000+ donors. As the resident fundraising database expert, I provided fundraising reporting and and overall database maintenance in addition to the creation and oversight of KUER's online pledge pages.Beyond the handling of the regular membership processes, I participated in the station's pre-fund drive strategy development, and supervised timely completion of our post-drive task list. I drafted and edited bi-annual drive-specific additional gift and sustainer upgrade e-solicitations as well as developed and executed lapsed donor and acquisition mailing campaigns. I assisted in volunteer coordination and supervision for station events and fund drives, and acted as the station liaison for KUER's PCI compliance and data integrity standards.

As an On-Air Host at KUER, I coordinated and executed programming per the station's schedule and provided a local presence with program promotion, news stories, public service announcements, and delivering regular weather, traffic, and air quality reports. Additionally, I served as a fill-in host and anchor for KUER's broadcasting of NPR's flagship programs Morning Edition and All Things Considered. This duty required a comprehensive skill set of technical ability and critical thinking. This role required use of broadcast and audio production software such as Burli, Adobe Audition, and Wide Orbit, and the ability to write accurate and concise news copy, responding quickly and correctly to breaking news or possible technical difficulties.

My duties required demonstrating administrative skills, including record-keeping and information security, metric reporting, data entry, and organizational skills.
