- Define company strategy, product/technology roadmap, and product specifications.- Engage service providers, utilities, railway operators, EV manufacturers and system OEM/ODM/VAR for design win, deployment ramp, and customer support- Establish relationships with partners (Qualcomm, Microsoft, etc.) to build ecosystem for Xingtera products- Represent company at the standards organizations (ITU-T, IEEE, Home Grid Forum, Broadband Forum, Automotive Ethernet Congress, etc.) and trade shows (AI-Hardware & Edge AI Summit, OCP, MWC, GDC, ISC, CES, Computex, etc.)- Drove the development of an any-wire communication SoC from concept to complete product to customer deployment within three years of the company founding * Defined the SoC spec and recruited a team of architect & key IC designers/SW engineers * Negotiated with Cadence / Synopsys for tool licenses, ARM for Cortex M3 license, an IP supplier for SerDes and DDR I/O IPs, and backend service provider to build a 20M+ gate, 65nm communication SoC. * Managed IC fab, packaging, ATE test, and qualification of the SoC- Defined the spec of 5G AI IP camera with embedded 10 TOP GPU and led team to build the camera plus 10+ CV models/applications running concurrently on the camera

Bluesteel Networks developed the first Gigibit IPsec and SSL accelerator processors in the industry. It was started March 1999 and acquired by Broadcom March 2000.

Involved in the IA-64 architecture and compiler activities in the last three years at Intel. Before that, I was a part of the design team that delivered Pentium II processor. Prior to the processor design, I was a part of the EEPROM and BiCMOS process technology development team in CTD.
