Member of the growth strategy team of executive management.Reporting directly to the President of First Eastern Mortgage/ Randolph Savings Bank. Factual personal accomplishments, self sourced and managed my LO team to close $337mm for 2012 funded volume, $746mm 2011 through 2013 combined. Adding over 35 % to overall funded closings. Completed 25 great years in business, sold my company, Interate Mortgage Corp to Berkshire Bank in June of 2010 as part of a strategic growth acquisition. Built my team by recruiting and supporting 19 additional LO's.As the "producing" northeast regional manager, grew the sales volume of the mortgage lending division by more than 35 percent in three years by recruiting and managing additional LO's and, branch managers in addition to utilizing my existing MSA and affinity relationships to produce additional volume.. Grew my book of business to strategic areas by reaching out and listening to other team managers and loan officers needs and goals. With my coaching and guidance, our LO's spent more of their valuable time building their book of business, developing new relationships and closing more purchase business. Departed Greenpark Mortgage/ Berkshire Bank following a substantial mass exodus of several LOs and Ops team hired prior to my tenure. The 2012/ 2013 migration to the Berkshire Bank system created ongoing technology, cultural and servicing issues that grew beyond my control. Upon completion of research and assessment of several viable options, joined the Boston based First Eastern Mortgage / First Federal Savings Bank of Boston as their Northeast Regional Sales Manager, working along side and reporting directly to the President of the Bank. I have learned much during my 30 years in this business and found the most valuable asset an organization must retain is its people.
