The role is to manage and maximise the potential of global e-business suite for Tullett Prebon. As part of a small team the role varied , Managing projects , Business Analysis, or hands-on tasks including, functional application configuration, building interfaces, developing reports and resolving support issues.My responsibilities in this role include: • Senior Functional / Technical consultant for 11i to 12 upgrade.• Develop and maintain the global e-business solution.(24 x 7 support.)• A Business Analyst role to analyse, recommend, implement improvements and efficiencies.• Manage 3rd party relationships with IT auditors, database and software providers.• Ensure licences, and governance procedures are being adhered to.• Manage project budgets and expenditure.

As an ERP integration SME for the Business Process Organisation (BPO) division, my roles were either to manage the integration project for acquisitions or new clients into the existing Accenture BPO or seconded to ERP implementation projects. My role then would be the SME for a module and part of the presales team to create and present an outsourcing offering.
