I am building, developing and maintaining the Trusts new Datix software. I will be working within the areas of Risk Management, Incident Management, Complaints, PALS as well as providing expert data analysis and reporting services to the entire Trust.

I am responsible for the management and maintenance of the Risk Management system, Datix, for the Royal United Hospital. I manage a small team of administrators and support and train in all areas of the Trust. This involves running a system that covers numerous sites and we process around 700 incidents a month, not counting risks, complaints and claims which are also monitored using Datix. I re develop the system to sort individual needs for different specialities and am available for one to one, or group training as and when needed.

Training all staff members in how to use the Datix risk management system. Re designing the look and feel of the system to suit individual departments needs. Providing support to all areas of the Trust over numerous sites. Managing a small team of administrators. Producing detailed reports based around the data stored within the Datix system.

I was responsible for the day to day administration of all FOI requests that came into the council. This involved dealing with confidential information, dealing with managers and colleagues at all levels and providing support when answering the queries brought into the Council.

I am responsible for the day to day running of the shop. This includes ensuring stock levels are accurate and that the shop is in a clean and tidy state. I deal with all of the ordering either online or via telephone. I also deal with the banking and am adept at processing the companies income and outgoings through the use of Sage accounts.

I was in charge of organising staff, ordering in the drinks and the maintenance and cleanliness pf all equipment used behind the bar. I would also aid in food service and be the first port of call for all queries from the public. I also opened and closed down the pub ensuring the security of the business at all times.

I was in charge of a small team who organised the checking in and introduction of guests to the hotel. We were also the first contact with customers seeking information regarding all elements of the day to day running of the hotell. I was in charge of the petty cash safe and responsible for the settling of all bills on a guests day of departure.
