In region of Czech Republic the agency is responsible for sales operations of K2 brand as well as BCA. Last but not least - Outdoor Brothers has been also the exclusive representative of Sea To Summit and 360 degrees products in Eastern Europe.Our top-notch design showroom (200 sqm) near downtown Prague gives us a great outreach to Czech customers as well as to regional ones. The connection to the rest of the world is really easy and we are proud to have such a unique and functional HQ in the heart of Europe so growing business for our partners is as easy as it gets. Unlike others, we are well aware that the job is not finished with unpacking and hanging the products on hangers. Thanks to our previous experiences we are able to provide not just sales support, but also staff training, visual merchandising, marketing and contacts to the media. Building of marketing budget and administration. Daily cooperation with Global Marketing Team and participating the seasonal iniciatives development. In coop with local sales team building seasonal Go-To-Market Plans with focus on key accounts – HUDY, Rock Point, Sportisimo, Intersport.Creating and in cooperation with local PR agencies also implementing seasonal PR plans utilizing various tactics including media events, seeding programm, product pushes and press releases. Instore visual merchandising – training of sales staff, execution and control. Shop-in-shop programm supervision – from performance planning, through installation to additional support. Organizing the local media events and end consumers events. On seasonal basis organizing EE and also EU sales meetings. Seasonal training of retailers´staff focused on brand building, VM and sales skills. Marketing support to local partners – both distributors and retailers. Looking for corporate sales opportunities – mainly rescue services and special forces. Product presentation, negotiating the conditions and closing the deal.
