Directs aviation logistics support operations in support of United States Executive Airlift Fleet which is tasked with transporting the President, Vice-President, Cabinet members and other high-ranking individuals supporting United States policy objectives worldwide. Manages an $18M annual budget and ensures that a 350-person aircraft maintenance workforce consisting of 16 functional areas is properly trained and equipped to safely and effectively launch, recover, service and maintain 22 commercial-derivative aircraft, accordance with applicable Air Force, Department of Defense, and Federal Aviation Administration instructions and directives. Directs and coordinates the accomplishment of aircraft maintenance services through subordinate managerial personnel to achieve efficient utilization of assigned equipment, facilities and personnel. Reviews and analyzes quality assurance and statistical reports to identify trends and initiate corrective and preventative actions. Coordinates with management personnel to develop and implement administrative and operational policies and procedures. Recommends capital expenditures for equipment and material to increase operational efficiency

Direct 225 personnel allocated across 9 functional areas covering all flightline operations for 5 separate airframes valued at over $700M in support of the United States Senior Executive Fleet which is tasked with transporting the President, Vice-President, Cabinet members and other high-ranking individuals supporting United States policy objectives worldwide. Directs flight line operations and maintenance activities, heavy maintenance checks, scheduling activities, personnel training, quality analysis, supply and vehicle operations, and facilities management. Resolves unionized labor relations issues. Works with aircraft OEMs to develop engineering solutions to complex aircraft malfunctions both system and structural related.

Program Manager and project engineer for contract manufacturing of precision electronics for leading aerospace and tier 1 defense contractors. Prepared bids and proposals, identified program requirements, reviewed statements of work and contracts, tracked progress, identified risk and developed mitigation strategies and resolved issues in order to meet cost schedule and performance goals. Negotiated and administered multi-yeat subcontracts. Developed requests for proposals and statements of work for subcontractor support. Managed subcontractor performance to contract requirements. Provided concurrent engineering services and design for manufacturability studies to support customers cost reduction goals.
