David is a Star!"• Asked by WSI Management Team to create a large majority of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual for Call Center which included delivery quality team process, Hub Contact Portal, Damage Reporting, and commonly encountered situations and how to solve them in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Manuals were approved by management and were integrated into the corporate cloud. Supply Chain• Train new associates of the Universal Hub Call Center in Braselton, Georgia.• Special Top Performer Bonus: Received in April 2019 – Williams-Sonoma, Inc. along with letter from Laura Alber, President & CEO, Williams-Sonoma, Inc.• Created e-mail templates in order to train new associates, and on May 21, 2019, the two Operations Managers implemented the use of these e-mail templates by other Customer Service Coordinators in the Universal Hub Call Center in Braselton, Georgia in order to provide a rapid response to customers.
