RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT• Maintain regular updates of project performance and key issues through TA reports, client contact and attendance of site visits to build on client relationships & assess project progress.• Handle every aspect of distressed case names both internally and through meetings with clients, syndicate banks and legal advisors, including negotiation of exit strategy if required.• Perform annual credit reviews on respective cases for assessment of risk and calculation of credit grades and Basel II factors (LGD).• Working in partnership with origination teams, maximise income opportunities through facility waivers, refinancings, restructurings, secondary origination.• Build and effectively manage relationships with syndicate banks from both Agency (17 case names) and participant perspectives as well as project companies and sponsors. CREDIT MANAGEMENT• Accurate completion of Risk Assessment Reports within internal Credit Management system for case names allowing management to review cases effectively, covenant compliance, monitor project progress both financially and future outlook.• Support with Watch cases and off-colour case names where events of default, lack of management information or Adverse Material Events are present or prevailing.• Financial model assessment and analysis of case names against budget, forecasts and covenant compliance.• Review management information acceptability against Credit agreement undertakings.• Annual credit review reporting for transactions (i.e.involving SPVs and complex structures).
