I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geophysics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Through my undergraduate studies, I gained extensive hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in geophysical methods and software.I was an integral part of the team that represented my department at the Basin Evaluation Competition hosted by the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Engineers in 2023. Additionally, I played a key role in our department’s team for the Imperial Barrel Award (IBA) competition in 2024 organized by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. In 2024, I interned at SEG Evolve as a Geophysicist.I am honing my skills in seismic interpretation, geophysical data processing and analysis, reservoir modeling, and integrated geoscience solutions. I am proficient in industry-leading software such as Schlumberger Petrel, Techlog, Ellis Paleoscan, and Neuralog.In addition to my geophysical expertise, I hold a certificate in Quantum Computation from Qubit x Qubit, which enhances my understanding of advanced computational methods. I am also a graphic and UI/UX designer, skills that allow me to approach problem-solving with a creative perspective. Furthermore, I have training and experience as an entry-level data scientist, equipping me with analytical skills useful in geoscience applications.As an enthusiastic learner, I actively keep up with advancements in geospatial analytics, cloud computing, and machine learning applications in the energy sector. I am passionate about leveraging these technologies to enhance exploration and production workflows.
