Explore industry trends as well as progress of core carriers and market leaders.• Delivered GP margin improvement which is consistently well ahead of the global average. Through business development, customer solutions, service provider negotiations and product performance, cross different function, and locations.- Development of departments, people, clients, operations, and district P&L through a hands-on approach to the business in Taiwan and China- Drive branch with P&L ownership to achieve branch target at every level.- Focus on business development and grow market share- People management in build stronger leadership at middle management level and develop junior talents.- Implemented new services to allow a customer flexibility in adjusting a shipment speed to move faster or slower based on delivery commitments.- Oversaw the development of air export, air import, ocean export, ocean import, brokerage, order management and distribution. - Delivered regional strategies, specific to a challenge, which resulted in better financial performance. - Improved operational efficiencies and enhanced customer service experiences.
