Manufacturer of plastic tubing. Duties included fabrication and repair of all tooling and accessories used in extrusion process. Also responsible for detailed records of all tooling, ordering and receiving all materials and spare parts, and maintenance and record keeping for all shop equipment.

Duties included, but not limited to set up of fixturing and first part approval through cmm inspection. Writing and editing programs. Testing and purchasing required tooling. Maintaining production schedules. Maintenance of machines. Training of new employees. Establishing set up documentation for parts.
