I have several decades of experience in Contract Negotiation in both a consulting role and as a Leader. I pride myself in going beyond what anyone else will do so Patient Care is never interrupted and always exceeds the highest standards of care. Investing in the strengths of my teammates, has played a significant part in enhancing my successes. Promoting a positive culture has proven successful for myself in multiple Leadership roles I have held.
