I provide professional face to face training to employees in the areas of systems/procedures, business development and technical learning for employees across multiple business units. My responsibilities also include 1-1 and group refresher training based on determined support needs as well as facilitating virtual training sessions via Adobe Connect or WebEx.Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Evaluation of the trainees' ability to apply the knowledge and/or skills learned.Provide ongoing feedback on course materials and assist in updates to leader guides and participant materials as needed.Partner with the training team and business owners to create face to face and virtual training sessions.Facilitate skill coaching sessionsMaintaining strong working knowledge on the practices associated with standard adult learning concepts and instructor excellence, as well as industry and company trends.

• Responsible for the facilitation of virtual classes for Field, FSO and Sales with a scope ranging from Team Member to District Manager• Employed broadcast journalism “on air” techniques such as vocal range, storytelling and visual elements to engage participants• Worked independently while managing multiple priorities, strong business acumen and proactively partner to effectively influence a successful on boarding cycle for team members• Used skills to consult with District Management in order to recommend appropriate training support in order to meet the business need; define measurement criteria and facilitate the recommendation using necessary resources • Responsible for administrative and technology tasks associated with a virtual classroom• Designed and implemented new training curriculums
