Cash Collection Group Manager
CurrentAs Cash Collection Group Manager, I am responsible for the daily bullion collection and weekly sealed bags collection. I manage a team of 16 Cashiers and I am tasked with managing the contract and holding regular review meetings with London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham who I also provide the service for.Achievements:* Enroled all the staff of a 4 day C.V.I.T. (Cash and Valuables in Transit) course enabling the section to be compliant with the S.I.A. (Security Industry Authority) regulations.* Drafted the documents for the Procurement of a Bullion collection and delivery service, seeing the process through to the Implementation of the new company.* Participated actively in preparing documentaion for several recognised initiatives, resulting in the Authority being awarded I.I.P. (Investors in people), C.I.P. (Continuous Inprovement Programme) and Best Value.
