• C v O (2013): LMAA arbitration involving unpaid demurrage under and Asbatankvoy charter. Instructed by Claimant Owners in regard to demurrage dispute involving allegations of time bar, product heating obligations and breach of pumping warranty. Received an award for the full amount claimed.
