- Manage and review the preparation of federal and state income tax returns for high net-worth individual, partnership, and corporate clients.- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and third-party service providers.- Identify and examine various tax planning opportunities and concerns. - Coordinate with third-party service providers to implement complicated income tax transactions. - Train and support professional staff on various tax and accounting projects.- Assist clients with ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes reporting.- Investigate apportionment, nexus, and individual state tax filing requirements.- Research and prepare numerous federal and state informational returns. - Prepare federal and state tax estimate and extension payments.- Ensure compliance with foreign bank account reporting requirements.- Maintain fixed asset, tax basis, net operating loss, and other carryforward schedules.- Perform internal presentations on recent tax law changes and specialized topics.

- Prepare individual, partnership and corporate income tax returns for non-SEC clients in compliance with federal regulatory mandates. - Establish budgets and work with professional staff to ensure projects are completed in accordance with internal goals and requirements.- Lead client meetings and discuss tax planning strategies. - Coordinate and lead on 401(k) plan audits.- Prepare compiled and reviewed financial statements for small businesses.- Provide bookkeeping services to a diverse group of clients. - Prepare federal and state payroll and sales tax forms.- Assist on financial audits and forensic analysis of businesses. - Analyze and respond to correspondence from various regulatory agencies.

- Manage and administer delinquent credit card litigation program.- Develop and implement strategic methods of improving collection efficiency.- Monitor account liquidation and movement throughout litigation process.- Ensure agency policies comply with contract terms and federal regulatory requirements.- Assist internal and external customers at all levels.
