What we do is perhaps a little unusual as we have an end-to-end understanding of how our species (human-beings) “work” in a wide variety of environments. We can help with any challenge that involves a human being!Working across the globe, we have an unprecedented level of experience in understanding how we all make choices on both the conscious and subconscious levels. Whilst our species is highly advanced, many of our decisions are rooted back in biases from our evolutionary past. Our project experience is bewilderingly wide and follows the path of human beings in offices, sports stadiums, schools, shops, hospitals, military bases and transport hubs. Using both big data sets and qualitative research we deep dive into how we all think and make decisions. Critically, everything we do finishes off with concrete recommendations & solutions. Knowing what a problem is maybe interesting but is often not useful. At instinct laboratory we complete every project with world-class design-led thinking that generates concrete and purposeful solutions to every challenge we face. We can move from a problem to solution in as little as 20 minutes through truly understanding how human beings operate!Our work doesn’t just revolve around commercial projects and we also support various projects exploring the wellbeing and mental health of citizens across the planet.
