I’m a Consultant for F3GROUP a multi-disciplinary property and construction delivery partner headquartered in London. We manage any part of the lifecycle of property including investment, development, management, construction delivery and people.My current role is to advise and generate opportunities for the Group, especially within the Education, Heritage, Healthcare, Social Housing and Transport Sectors.• I was chief advisor for one of the first-ever PFI schools• spearheaded the development of the first City Academies• played a major role in establishing an NHS LIFT Co which won no fewer than three London LIFTs.I have spent the last 20 years working on some of our most important projects in the Education and Health sectors which I’m very passionate about.Outside F3GROUP, I was Chair of Wandle Housing Association and Waterloo Community Development Group, and a Trustee of the Princess Alice Hospice and Royal Trinity Hospice, and a Governor of two schools in Lambeth, and one in Surrey. I am currently Treasurer of The Bridge at Waterloo, and Secretary of South Bank and Waterloo Neighbours (SoWN). I am also the Client Representative for the Development project at St John's Waterloo in a voluntary capacity.With my experience and expertise I enjoy public speaking. I lectured on public private partnerships and outsourcing. I also sat on the HEFC panel to produce procurement guidance on capital projects for the Higher Education sector.Away from work I’m very interested in music and the theatre and eating out at restaurants with my family.
