When I realized that my career as a jazz musician wasn't resulting in the private jets and super-yachts we all imagine in that genre 😉, I discovered my forte of leadership translated well to Sales, Operations, Learning and Development and Enablement. My focus has been in the sectors of SaaS, UCaaS, and technology and I have worn the “many hats” necessary at several start-ups and have also helped implement numerous successes for enterprise-sized organizations. As an effective and organized leader with a history of exceeding all assigned goals, I can motivate and relate with employees at all levels and of every tenure.
